Written scope
A detailed written scope within a week of the consultation. Labour, materials, permits, disposal — all broken out. Allowances clearly marked.

Agreement
Final selections, schedule, milestone-based payments, and change-order process — all agreed in writing before we break ground. Anything added mid-project gets signed off before the work starts.

Clear construction
Single point of contact. Weekly progress updates. Final walk-through with a punch list that actually gets closed out before the last invoice.
